With our custom-made jewellery process we have a friendly and laid-back approach with designing your jewellery. Using the latest technology, our beautiful gemstones and local artisan skills we envision every job a success. Here is the process in detail:
- Pick your sapphire
- Pick a design
- Approve the CAD design template
- Deposit paid for the sapphire/diamonds
- We will begin the making process
- Make time is around 2 weeks
- Remaining balance is paid once the jewellery is finished
Q. Do I have to pay for postage?
No, postage is covered by us with Australia Post Express to our worldwide customers.
Q. Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to majority of countries worldwide.
Q. Can I see more videos or photos in different lighting?

Q. What is the best lighting to view a sapphire?
Sapphires can be very sensitive to lighting, meaning they can look slightly different in certain types of lighting conditions. For example, a sapphire in cloudy weather can show more colour then looked at in direct sunlight. Quiet often sapphires prefer shade, this is where they will show their true colours. Any time in early morning and late afternoon is my favourite time to view a sapphire.

Yes, all of our sapphires available have been sustainably hand-mined from The Central Highlands Gemfields, Australia. Using only hand tools such as a jackhammer, shovel, wheelbarrow and buckets. The dirt is then processed using an Electrical Trommel and Pulsator.
Q. Will a sapphire be durable enough for an engagement ring?
YES! They are the second hardest natural gemstone to a diamond. Which means they are perfect for everyday wear.

Yes, sure can!

Yes Australian Sapphires are a rare natural gemstone, meaning they will hold exceptional value as time goes on.

Majority of the sapphires available we facet ourselves and also use local gem cutters that reside in Australia.

We offer a 3-day return policy with every purchase; returns are only accepted for loose stones only. No returns on jewellery.

Yes, occasionally we do use standard heat treatment for sapphires, if it is necessary. Get in contact if you would like to know extra information.

Zircons are a natural gemstone that we find with sapphires, they have a hardness of 7.5 and produce beautiful colours such as white, red, beige, orange and brown.
