How long does shipping take?

We ship with express postage, normally 3-5 business days locally & International 5-10 days

We can create your jewellery in 2 weeks, please allow extra time for shipping and custom ordered diamonds

Yes we do! We can ship to nearly every country in the world!

We accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, as well as popular digital wallets like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — making checkout fast and secure.

3 Day return policy is applied with every loose stone purchase, buyer must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item if they wish to return it. Buyer is responsible for return postage and total loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. A full refund will be applied once the item has been received by us. Please note that after 3 days we will not accept returns. We do not accept returns on custom jewellery.

We can source a wide variety of diamonds to suit your design vision — matched pairs, melee, clusters, feature stones, and specialty cuts. Whatever your piece calls for, we can bring in the right diamonds to complement your sapphire perfectly.
